1. Before purchasing tickets, individuals must evaluate all circumstances of the event for which the tickets are being purchased, including the date, time, location, and other conditions of the event, as well as familiarize themselves with all relevant information regarding ticket purchase and event execution.
2. Ticket sales are carried out using payment service providers “Paysera”, “Montonio”, and “Stripe”. The parties consider the ticket buyer to be the person who makes the payment for the ticket to watch the tournament organized by UAB "UTMA Grupė". The purchased ticket grants the right to watch the event only to its original purchaser. If the ticket is transferred to a third party, the right to watch the event remains only with the person to whom the ticket has been transferred.
3. Individuals who have purchased the right to watch the broadcast will be able to access it on the day of the event by entering the email address used to purchase the broadcast ticket. All event broadcasts are streamed on the website www.uniquetma.com.
4. By purchasing and watching this broadcast on the website www.uniquetma.com, the Buyer acquires only a personal, non-commercial right to view it. It is strictly prohibited to rebroadcast, publicly display, or otherwise distribute the broadcast by any means, use it for commercial purposes, or show it in public or semi-public places, including but not limited to cafés, restaurants, bars, gambling or betting venues, events, or other locations where access is provided to third parties, as well as to stream or share the content via social networks, internet platforms, or other communication channels. Any use of the broadcast that does not comply with these terms shall be considered an illegal infringement of intellectual property.
Persons or entities wishing to obtain the right to use the broadcast for public or commercial retransmission must contact via email at: [email protected] and obtain either permission or a separate commercial-use broadcast license.
5. If UAB “UTMA Grupė” determines that the Buyer has violated the prohibitions set out in clause 4 of these terms, including but not limited to unauthorized retransmission or public display of the broadcast, the Buyer undertakes to: immediately cease the violation and, within 3 (three) business days from receiving the request from UAB “UTMA Grupė”, pay a fine of EUR 85,000.
5.1. The parties agree that this fine is considered a reasonable minimum amount of damages suffered by UAB “UTMA Grupė” due to unlawful use of the broadcast. Payment of the fine does not release the Buyer from the obligation to compensate all additional damages incurred by UAB “UTMA Grupė” to the extent they exceed the specified fine.
5.2. A violation shall be deemed established if UAB “UTMA Grupė” has objective evidence confirming unlawful retransmission or public display of the broadcast, including but not limited to: video or photographic material, publicly available information (e.g., on social networks or websites), reports from third parties, or data recorded during inspections. Such data shall be considered a sufficient basis to conclude that a violation has occurred unless the Buyer proves otherwise.
6. Disputes between the parties shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania, with territorial jurisdiction determined according to the registered office of UAB "UTMA Grupė".
7. If the service provider cancels the provision of services or otherwise informs that the services will not be provided, ticket purchasers may request a refund. Refunds will be issued to the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) business days.
8. The Company notes that individuals who have purchased a broadcast have the right to request a refund within 14 (fourteen) days, except in cases where the event has already ended. The ticket is also non-refundable if the request is submitted later than the event day – in such cases, no refund will be issued.
9. A refund request may only be submitted by the person who paid for the tickets. Refunds are processed no later than within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date the request is received. The money is refunded to the bank account from which the payment for the service was made.
10. The Company notes that it does not assume responsibility for possible disruptions of the internet service provider and/or weak internet connection in certain areas, which may result in interruptions to the live broadcast.
11. The Company notes that for all Buyers who purchase the broadcast on the day of the event, once the service has been provided, it is considered fulfilled and no refunds will be issued.
The recording can be viewed by anyone who has purchased a broadcast ticket. After a successful payment, you will receive a code in your email, with which you can connect to the broadcast on the day of the event and watch the tournament. If you do not find your code in your mailbox, check the promotions/spam folders. On the day of the event, you will also find a "Remind broadcast code" button, which allows you to resend the broadcast code to the email provided during purchase. The broadcast will be available for buyers only on the day of the event. The broadcast watch button will appear on the www.uniquetma.com // page, and the broadcast can be unlocked with the code received after purchase.
The recording will be available for 7 days after the event.
You can only watch the recording from one device/screen at a time (via computer or phone, etc.) - when you connect to another screen with the same login code, you will be automatically disconnected from the primary device/screen.
Usage of video recordings without the consent of the broadcaster is strictly prohibited. Those who violate Copyright are subject to a fine of 10000 EUR or more.
Check all your inboxes, be sure to check your spam. Also, on the day of the event, in the broadcast unlock window, you will find a “Forgot code” button, which will allow you to resend the code to the email address you provided during purchase.
